Our Story

I didn’t just create a snack - I brought back a memory.

My name is Dana Eagle. I came to the United States from Ukraine as a kid, and growing up, there was always one thing I missed… the simple, crunchy baked bread snacks from home.

It wasn’t just food - it was comfort. Family. Childhood.

Years later, I realized I still couldn’t find that same taste here. So I decided to recreate it - but better. Baked, not fried. Cleaner ingredients. Made for how we snack today.

That’s how SERG was born.

Named after my dad  because he’s the reason I never forgot where I came from. ❤️

I built this from the ground up as a woman-owned business, turning a childhood memory into something real.
